Pipeline control valve below DN65 1. Gate valve: The rated water working pressure should be above 175 psi. The valve body and bonnet material are cast bronze alloy conforming to American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM B 62. The valve construction is OS&Y and threaded. Valves should be UL certified, FM certified, and comply with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP80. Available valves: NIBCO T-104-O gate valve High gate valve: rated water working pressure not less than 300 psi. The OS&Y bonnet and body material shall be cast iron alloys in accordance with ASTM A 126 Class B. Valve connections should be flanged and available in 250 or 300 lb. flanges. Such valves should pass UL certification, FM certification or meet the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP70 standard. Available valves: NIBCO F-697-B gate valve 2. Ball valve: The rated water working pressure should be above 175 psi and the Teflon seat is used. These valves should be equipped with climate-independent gear actuators for indoor/outdoor applications with a raised position indicator and two built-in monitoring switches. These valves should be threaded or slotted and USA-certified, FM-approved, and compliant with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP110. Standard flow channel valves available: NIBCO KT-505 ball valve (threaded connection) NIBCO KG-505-8W ball valve (slotted connection) Pipeline control valve with DN65 or higher and US valve and fitting manufacturer Standardization Association MSS-SP70 standard. Available valves and indicator posts: NIBCO F-609 or F-609-RW flange gate valve NIBCO M-609 or M-607-RW underground mechanical connection gate valve NIBCO NIP 1-AJ Vertical indicator column NIBCO NIP 2-AJ wall indicator column ball valve: rated water working pressure is not less than 175 psi. The valve shall be fitted with a Teflon seat, threaded, blow-proof stem and rod handle. Such valves should be UL listed in the US, FM approved for use in drainage systems, or in accordance with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP110. Available valves: NIBCO KT-585-70UL ball valve (diameter DN8 ~ DN25) US NIBCO KT-580-70UL ball valve (diameter DN32 ~ DN50) 3, shut-off valve / angle valve: rated water work The pressure is not less than 175 psi. The valve should be fitted with a rubber seat flap and a threaded connection port. Such valves shall be approved by the US UL for use in drainage systems. Available valves: NIBCO KT-65-UL shut-off valve or KT-211-WUL globe valve Nibelco KT-67-UL angle valve or T-301-W angle valve 4, check valve: rated The water working pressure is not less than 175 psi. The valve should be fitted with a rubber seat flap and a threaded connection port. The valve should be a Y-shaped horizontal swing type. These valves are to comply with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standards Association MSS-SP80. Available valves: NIBCO KT-403-W check valves Check valves: These check valves are rated for a water working pressure of not less than 175 psi and are equipped with bronze trim and rubber-metal seats. The body material should be in accordance with ASTM A 126 grade B cast iron alloy. The connection port should be flanged or flat (pivot). Valves should be UL Listed, FM Approved, and compliant with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standards Association MSS-SP71. Available valves: NIBCO F-908-W flange check valve NIBCO KW-900-W flat check valve (clip type) Pipeline control valve high rod check valve with diameter above DN65 : The rated water working pressure is not less than 300 psi. This type of check valve should use a horizontal swing check valve with a bronze trim. The OS&Y bonnet and body should be made of cast iron alloy in accordance with ASTM A 126 Class B. Valve connections should be flanged and available in 250 or 300 lb. flanges. Such valves should pass UL certification, FM certification or meet the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP70 standard. Available valves: NIBCO F-968-B gate valve Drain valve below DN65 5. Butterfly valve: The rated water working pressure should be no less than 175 psi. The valve shall be fitted with a climate-independent gear actuator with a handwheel for indoor or outdoor use, and a raised position indicator and two built-in monitoring switches. The valve body is made of ductile iron conforming to American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM A 395 or A 536, and the stem is made of 400 series stainless steel. The valve connection is a flat (clip) type that can be used to mount a connection between a 125/150 lb. flange or IPS tube. Such valves should be UL listed, FM certified, and comply with the American Society of Valves and Fittings Manufacturers Standardization Association MSS-SP67.
