Overview
The liquid-gas pressure self-balancing shut-off valve is a new type of shut-off valve. In 2000, it passed the provincial appraisal and 2001 was included in the national key new product development project. This product not only retains the advantages of the traditional globe valve, but also achieves the self-balancing of the medium pressure that the opening and closing member is subjected to. The opening and closing torque of the valve is less than one tenth of that of the conventional product, which greatly reduces the friction of the valve seal and the force at the middle flange joint, increases the sealing reliability, and significantly prolongs the service life of the valve. Experts believe that the structure of the product is novel and unique, and the main technical performances such as opening and closing torque, sealing performance and service life are at the international advanced level. Due to the small opening and closing torque, it can be directly operated, and the valve is equipped with various driving devices. Especially economical and convenient.
The product is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, oil field, thermoelectric and other process pipelines, especially suitable for high temperature, high pressure occasions and remote control.
