 The branch pipe pressure reducing valve produced by our factory is mainly used in various building water supply systems, fire protection systems, central air conditioning systems, heating systems, etc. It is used for branch pipe decompression, which can make the water supply pressure distribution more balanced, avoid partial water supply overpressure, and optimize the water supply partition of high-rise buildings. It can replace the zone-controlled variable frequency water pump, and can replace the zoned water pump in the fire water supply system for the household water supply system, which can protect all the faucets and other water appliances.
 
2, branch pipe pressure relief valve features
 
With a direct acting diaphragm structure, the internal structure is very simple, no jamming, reliable performance and durability.
 
It is resistant to dirt and scale, does not require a filter, does not require a bypass pipe, and the piping is extremely simple, saving a lot of space and piping costs.
 
The outlet pressure is precisely adjustable. Under normal circumstances, the outlet pressure can be considered to be unaffected by the inlet pressure (the change in outlet pressure is 8% of ΔP1).

3, the working principle of the branch pipe pressure reducing valve
 
The outlet pressure acts on the bottom surface of the diaphragm and the underside of the valve flap. When it exceeds the spring setting, the spring is compressed to close the flap. As long as there is no downstream flow, the outlet pressure will remain at the set value (the amount of change is only 8% of the inlet pressure change); when the downstream water is used, the outlet pressure drops, the spring pushes open the diaphragm, and opens the pressure reducing valve. After the water flow is continuously circulated for a while, the opening of the pressure reducing valve produces a self-damping effect, which makes the opening and closing action tend to be stable.
